Insurance Claims & Residential Work
Abatement Management, Inc. works side by side with insurance claims adjusters and restoration companies to properly perform our abatement activities.
First and foremost all renovation work must have a proper Asbestos Survey prior to starting any work! This is key for any successful renovation. Once the existing asbestos containing materials (ACM) are discovered and clearly identified to others, the renovation can be planned, which (may or may not) require asbestos containing materials to be impacted during this renovation work. A licensed and insured abatement contractor, like AMI must be hired to properly identify and abate asbestos containing items that will be impacted. This process is critical for preventing the spread of the dangerous asbestos fibers into the air and thought-out the property.
